The mechanical services installation comprised:

• Mitsubishi Electric Multi Split air conditioning system for comfort cooling - the external condensing unit was treated with ‘Blygold’ anti corrosion inhibitor, prior to installation;
• Ventaxia heat recovery ventilation system for fresh air supply and extract;
• Thermal insulation to pipework and ductwork services;
• Domestic water services pipework installation complete with Santon water heater;
• Chlorination of domestic water services complete with bacteriological analysis and certification;
• Provision of Ventaxia ventilation systems to WC's and Rest Rooms.
